A great weekend enjoyed by all again at Glenelg Equestrian Centre

September 17, 2010

We have just held our final Level 1 course for Queensland this year with a great group of people from all over the state. Much learning and much laughter were shared by all.

Not only do we have the good fortune of being able to share the Emmett Technique for animals, a great bonus from our courses is having people along who are willing to share a bit of insight into their own modality.  We were lucky enough this weekend to have Peter Laidely join us and he was gracious enough to give us a talk on his own work – Barefoot Hoof Trimming, which he has taught for many years throughout Australia as well as overseas. Peter explained his method using some cadaver hoofs to increase our understanding, some simple facts, and his great sense of humor and it was an eye opener to all of us. If anyone would like more information on Peters methods you can find him at www.hoofworksaustralia.com/

Many thanks again to Keith, his staff and his wonderful horses. This is the second course we have held down at Keith’s excellent venue and we are very grateful for his continued support.

Georgina Roth, our amazing co-ordinator, we could not do without you. Thank you for pulling it all together again and for your support throughout the weekend.
